Air Conditioning and Electrical Service Across Volusia County

Our office is on Enterprise Road in DeBary, so most of our Volusia work is on the west side of the county. Here is how many jobs we completed in each town from January 2023 to October 2026:

• DeBary: 1,713
• Deltona: 1,631
• Orange City: 908
• DeLand: 578
• Daytona Beach: 306
• Osteen: 69

Added together, that is 5,205 jobs, the sum of the six towns listed. We also serve Lake Helen, Enterprise, Pierson, DeLeon Springs, Port Orange, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach and Edgewater; those jobs are not broken out above. For the west side on its own, see West Volusia.

Our construction work reaches well past the west side. In Daytona Beach we built the HVAC for Rack Room Shoes with BLW Construction in 2025, and in Port Orange for WoodSpring Suites with Integrated Construction in 2024. Bojangles in Daytona, built with BDL of Florida, was also finished in 2025.

Daytona Beach alone accounts for seven of the buildings in our records, and Port Orange for four. Across the county we count 22 ACE-built commercial buildings, among them restaurants, stores, hotels, places of worship, a medical office and university buildings. The full list is on the projects page, and general contractors can read about our process on commercial construction.

Electrical work is a large part of what we do in the county. In DeBary, Deltona, Orange City and DeLand alone we completed 537 electrical jobs since January 2023. Our licensed electricians handle inspections for insurance and home sales, panel replacements and service upgrades, generators and EV chargers, and pool and spa wiring.

Businesses in those four towns made 264 commercial service calls to us over the same period. We keep rooftop units, kitchen refrigeration and building electrical systems running for restaurants, offices and stores through commercial HVAC and commercial electrical service.

Homeowners from Deltona to the beachside call us for the same core services:

• AC repair, with emergency service after hours
• AC replacement, with free estimates
• Heat pumps and ductless mini-splits
• Tune-ups and maintenance plans
• Electrical repair and panel upgrades

Service work is priced at a flat rate that you agree to before we start.

Duke Energy Florida serves most of West Volusia. If Duke is your electric company, its rebates apply to qualifying heat pump and AC replacements; closer to the coast, check which utility serves your address. The federal tax credit for heat pumps and air conditioners ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025, and Florida's new home energy rebate programs had not launched as of October 2026. Current details, along with financing subject to credit approval, are on financing and rebates.

Since 1979 ACE Air Conditioning & Electrical has stayed family-owned and operated, and we have worked for more than 40,000 clients along the way. The way we work is simple: a flat-rate price before the job starts, free estimates on replacements, and emergency service when a system fails after hours, with an after-hours dispatch fee on those calls. Questions before you book can go to (386) 668-8651 or through our contact page.

ACE is a member of VACCA, the Volusia Air Conditioning Contractors of America, as well as the national ACCA. We are fully licensed and insured as an HVAC and electrical contractor in Florida; see our licenses.
