Low Fixed Rate
12.99% APR for up to 84 months on any project ($1,000 minimum).
9.99% APR for up to 12 years on projects of $8,000 and up.
9.99% APR for up to 15 years on projects of $13,000 and up.
Payments start right away, and larger projects get the lowest monthly payment.
6 Months No Interest, No Payments
Nothing due for the first six months on any project.
Under $3,000: then 9.99% APR for 60 months.
$3,000 and up: then 8.99% APR for 120 months.
A great fit when you want to get comfortable now and start paying later.
Pay in Full, Pay No Interest
$3,000 to $7,999: 12 months deferred interest with minimum monthly payments.
$8,000 and up: 12 months no interest and no payments.
Pay the balance within the promotional period and you pay no interest at all.
If a balance remains, interest is charged from the purchase date at 23.99% APR.

Rebate Opportunities
Your electric or natural gas utility may pay part of the cost when you upgrade to a qualifying high-efficiency system. Which rebates you can get depends on the utility named on your bill. We will tell you which ones your new system qualifies for and help with the paperwork.
Important: Rebates are paid by the utility, not by ACE, and each utility sets its own rules and can change or end a program at any time. The amounts below were checked against each utility’s program page on October 19, 2026. The federal tax credit for heat pumps and air conditioners ended for systems installed after December 31, 2025, and Florida’s new home energy rebate programs have not launched yet.
Duke Energy Florida
Heat pump replacing a heat pump: $500 for 15.2 SEER2 and 7.5 HSPF2 or higher.
Heat pump replacing electric strip heat: $600, or $1,000 at 16 SEER2 or higher.
A/C replacing an A/C: $300 for 15.2 SEER2 or higher.
Requirements: a free Duke Home Energy Check, an all-electric home, a full system replacement (outdoor unit and air handler) and a permit. Apply within 12 months of installation.
Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC)
Heat pump: $45 to $1,150 as a bill credit, depending on the system’s size and efficiency (15.2 SEER2 or higher). Apply within 6 months.
Ceiling insulation: $0.10 per square foot when existing insulation of R-19 or less is raised to R-30 or more.
Duct repair or replacement: up to $100 when ducts are sealed with mastic.
Natural Gas: FPUC and Peoples Gas
Gas furnace replacing electric heat: $725.
Gas furnace replacing an older gas furnace: $500.
For natural gas customers of Florida Public Utilities (FPUC) and Peoples Gas. Apply within 12 months.
