Roger was born and raised in Cuba and came to the United States with his family to start a new life. He has over 10 years of HVAC and Refrigeration experience and is always eager to learn more. In Roger’s off time, he enjoys playing guitar, watching movies, and spending quality time with his family and a perfect 2-year-old son.

Service Technician
John is an HVAC and Refrigeration technician who has excelled in his fields. He was an instructor at Daytona State College for several years teaching multiple aspects of the HVAC industry to upcoming service technicians. He has also been working as a Service Technician for over 8 years. He enjoys in his spare time playing guitar and drums, working on anything electronic, and loves playing with his dogs.

Installer Apprentice
Dakota is a proud native Floridian who graduated with honors from Florida Technical College, earning his degree in Electrical. Known for his passion and expertise in the field, Dakota combines his technical skills with a deep appreciation for nature. When he's not working, you'll likely find him enjoying the great outdoors, whether fishing, boating or spending quality time with his family and friends. His love for the natural beauty of his home state and dedication to his craft make him a well-rounded professional and an excellent addition to Ace Air Conditioning and electrical.

Senior Installation Technician
Omar is our senior installation technician that has been in the HVAC industry for over 5 years. Before getting into HVAC he was a superintendent in the rental property industry and learned a multitude of skills in residential construction and repair. In Omar’s spare time he loves to spend time with his friends, family, and 2 beautiful children.
Francesco S.
Service Technician
Francesco has been in the HVAC industry since 2020, bringing six years of hands-on experience after completing HVAC school in 2016. He began as a maintenance technician and advanced into a skilled service technician through dedication and strong training. Bilingual in English and Spanish, he specializes in Lennox communication systems and light commercial equipment and is currently expanding his expertise in ice machines. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to proper procedures, Francesco takes pride in doing every job the right way. Originally from Newark, New Jersey, he enjoys cars, video gaming, and working on his new home in Longwood, Florida.
Robert F.
Service Manager
Robert serves as Ace’s Service Manager, bringing over 10 years of HVAC leadership experience and a strong background in quality control, team development, and operational excellence. He is known for his professionalism, hunger to grow, and strong relationship-building skills, which are evident in his interactions with employees, clients, and vendors alike. Robert is passionate about developing technicians, strengthening processes, and leading the department forward in alignment with Ace’s vision of excellence. He holds multiple HVAC certifications, including EPA certification, and has extensive experience in residential and commercial service operations. Outside of work, Robert enjoys spending time with his two daughters, son, and grandson, playing chess, watching sports, and cheering on his favorite team - the New York Yankees.

Duane is a third-generation HVAC professional who brings both deep industry knowledge and a genuine passion for serving customers. With experience as a Technician and Comfort Advisor, he has built a strong reputation for providing personalized, comfort-focused recommendations and creating lasting relationships based on trust and tailored care. NATE Certified and recognized as a Lennox Master Seller, Duane combines technical expertise with a customer-first approach to help homeowners make confident, informed decisions. Raised in a multicultural Florida home, he has strong ties to the Central Florida community and actively gives back through his church and local involvement. Outside of work, Duane is the proud owner of his 14-year-old dog, Brownie, who holds a very special place in his life.
