Commercial and Home Service in Lake Mary and Heathrow

More than one Lake Mary job in five since January 2023 has been a commercial call, the highest share of any town we track. For a business, a failed rooftop unit or a tripped main breaker can mean a closed office or uncomfortable guests. The 73 electrical jobs we completed in Lake Mary come to about one job in six, the highest electrical share of any town we serve. At home, that can mean a Level 2 EV charger or a standby generator, a new circuit for a pool or spa, or a panel upgrade to make room for them.
