Gainesville, FL – Ace Air Conditioning Inc. was awarded the mechanical contract for the new Gainesville CVS Pharmacy located at 1619 SW 13th Street near the University of Florida. CVS is one of the nation’s largest pharmacy chains. With more than 7,000 locations, this company operates the most drugstores in the United States.
The two-story building will include a double pharmacy drive-through and a photo cafe and on the second floor, regional CVS offices along with additional office space available for lease.
Ace is installing seven York rooftop units, four Sanyo ductless mini splits and all sheet metal ductwork. Ace Air Conditioning will be working on this project along side of Hawkins Construction. The Tampa Bay based company, founded in 1975, is recognized as one of the nations top construction firms.
