When waiting on sales people it’s almost the “norm” for them to be late. Our sales man today from ACE named Shaun was two minutes early! I couldn’t believe it! He was professional and courteous from the moment he came to the door to the time we said goodbye. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He answered all our questions and we decided that ACE would be the company we choose to purchase and instal our new A/C. The installers, Brian and Adrian were both also very knowledgeable and courteous. From sales to installation I couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around.
