Tavares, FL — Ace Air Conditioning, Inc. has been awarded the mechanical contract for The Premier Surgery Center, a 20,000 square foot, state-of-the-art medical facility on Vindale Road in Tavares.
Ace will partner with Cotter Ryan General Contractors. Cotter Ryan specializes in new commercial construction and has extensive experience with medical buildings.Ace Air Conditioning will install five medical grade Aaon rooftop units and four Carrier systems. The building will include 9,000 square feet of office space as well as a full surgical center.
