Phil and Kathy Robertson

When Phil and Kathy Robertson realized their A/C unit was on its last leg , they decided to look into getting something more efficient for their home.  A ductless split system bypasses the energy losses of up to 40% found on a typical system, thus saving on the costs of running it.  This type of system has different thermostats for each region, allowing the homeowner to choose which area(s) to cool or heat and saving additional money.  After doing some research, the Robertsons chose Ace Air Conditioning to install their Daikin ductless Heat Pump.  They were very happy with the company’s expertise and professionalism from start to finish.

“In spite of our request for a non mainstream, mini split AC system, ACE personnel were trained and familiar with everything needed to complete the installation.  They arrived when they said they would come; they worked late to finish and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.  When we were confronted with a code inspector who made unreasonable demands for compliance due to his lack of familiarity with this type of AC system, ACE diplomatically educated him and resolved the situation in our favor.  We are immensely pleased with ACE’s work…and our electric bills have substantially decreased because of the efficiency of the new system.
