Orlando, FL – Construction of the upscale new assisted living facility, The Encore at Avalon is drawing to a close. Working alongside the Orlando based premier builder, Lamm & Company Partners, Ace Air Conditioning is nearly finished with mechanical installation. The 80,000 square foot, three story building, made up of six neighborhoods with 15 apartments each is on schedule to open this fall.
