Ames, IA – Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for the new Texas Roadhouse to be built on Duff Avenue in Ames Iowa. Ace will be working alongside Kelley Construction, a Kentucky based company with extensive experience in restaurants as well as other commercial buildings all across the United States.
The mechanical contract will include installation of two 7.5 ton Trane roof top units, two touchscreen programmable thermostats with remote temperature and humidity sensors and nine exhaust fans.
The grand opening for the Ames Texas Roadhouse is scheduled for fall of 2012.
