Jackson, MS – All construction is complete, and Luby’s Fuddrucker’s is set to open in Jackson Mississippi this Thursday, February 19th. Ace Air Conditioning was awarded the mechanical contract for this two restaurant combo located just off I-55. Ace installed the central air conditioning system, heating and ventilation, kitchen hoods and fans as well as all ductwork for both restaurants and their shared lobby.
With a shared wall, patio and lobby, Luby’s occupies about 10,000 square feet, and Fuddruckers 2,500 square feet. Each restaurant has its own distinct identity with different interior and exterior decor as well as separate entrances and dining rooms.
