Sanford, FL – Construction has begun at Cheddars Casual Cafe in Sanford where Ace Air Condition was chosen to do the mechanical installation. Ace will install all HVAC components and ductwork in the 8,000 square foot restaurant as well as hoods for the kitchen.
Located between the Seminole Town Center Mall and Sanford’s Historic District, this will be part of a new cluster of restaurants including a Longhorn and a Buffalo Wild Wings (Ace also has the mechanical contracts for both of these) and a Carrabba’s. Opening in early July, 2013, this is to be the area’s first Cheddars.
