Ashbury VA – The highly anticipated World of Beer coming to One Loudoun just announced they will be opening next month! Part of a plan to develop the up and coming area known as Loudoun County’s New Downtown, World of Beer will be located at 44699 Brimfield Drive.
Ace Air Conditioning’s New Construction team is hard at work putting finishing touches on the mechanical contract at the restaurant and pub. Ace is installing all HVAC components including outdoor and indoor units, duct work, kitchen exhaust system and hoods. With a 4,981-square-foot tavern, an 850-square-foot outdoor patio and a large fire pit with lounge seating, World of Beer will feature more than 500 bottles, 55 rotating taps and a cask engine and infusion tower.
The Grand Opening date has yet to be announced, but the company says it will be mid-march, and hopes to make it in time for St Patrick’s Day and March Madness.
