Port Orange, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been awarded the mechanical contract for a new break room to be built at the Tomoka Landfill on Tomoka Farms Road.

The HVAC contract will include installation of a high efficiency 3.5 ton Carrier Infinity straight cool system, a Carrier EZ Flex air filter and a communication Infinity thermostat. Ace will also provide and install an air to air energy recovery system, a Bioclimatic air purification system and a portable dehumidifier, as well as all exhaust ventilation and all sheet metal ductwork.

Ace Air Conditioning will partner with Schuller Construction. This project is set to be completed in January of 2011.
