Kissimmee, FL – Ace Air Conditioning has been chosen for the HVAC installation at a new building at the Reedy Creek Improvement District at ESPN on Disney property. Ace will be working with Pertree Constructors, an Orlando based general contractor specializing in commercial, industrial and institutional building since 1988.
The mechanical contract will include installation of two 7.5 ton Trane roof top units, two touchscreen programmable thermostats with remote temperature and humidity sensors and nine exhaust fans.
Ace Air Conditioning expects to be finished with installation at the new Disney building in early August, 2012.
