New Building to Include Warehouse, Offices and Training Facility
Debary, FL – Ace Air Conditioning is expanding into a new building. The 5,600 square foot structure will include a state of the art warehouse along with office space and a training room. The new facility is being built behind the existing office building on Enterprise Road.
“This is a new era for Ace Air Conditioning, and we are very excited about the direction our company is taking,” says Scott Palmateer, Operations Manager. The expansion comes after the recent addition of Ace Electrical. Ace now provides both Air Conditioning and Electrical services for new construction as well as existing structures.
The ground floor of the building will be mainly warehouse space and will also hold the offices of the warehouse and service managers. The second level will be office space, meeting rooms and a training center for employees.
The new building will be completed May, 2011. Ace Air Conditioning and Ace Electrical expect this expansion to help the company continue to grow and improve.
